Since both the appeals arise out of the same award, this Court deems it
appropriate to dispose of them by way of this common order.

02. M.A.C.M.A. No.202 of 2021 is filed by the APSRTC and M.A.C.M.A.
No.221 of 2021 is filed by the claimant, challenging the order and decree
dated 06.09.2019 passed in M.V.O.P.No.21 of 2016 on the file of the Motor
Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-X Additional District Judge, Gurazala, wherein
the Tribunal awarded compensation of Rs.7,00,540/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs
Five Hundred and forty only) to the claimant on account of the death of
Nimmala Seethamma in a road accident that occurred on 22.11.2015.
03. For the sake of convenience, the parties will be referred to as they are
arrayed before the Tribunal.
