This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973/Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been
preferred by the petitioners seeking quashment of the order dated 22.03.2025
passed by the learned JMFC, Rewa taking cognizance against the petitioners
for the offence punishable under Section 406 of the IPC read with Section 6
of the Dowry Prohibition Act and the order dated 26.12.2025 passed by the
learned 15t h Additional Sessions Judge, Rewa in Criminal Revision
No.91/2025 affirming the said order.
