Prayer in this application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation
Act is for condonation of delay of 3692 days in filing the accompanying
Review Application.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that delay
of 3692 days in filing the Review Application has occurred on account of the
fact that against the order under review dated 20.1.2014 applicant had
previously filed LPA-392-2014 titled as Vijay Kumar Kapur son of late Amar
Nath Kapur vs. State of Haryana and another. The said LPA came to be
dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.08.2015

(Annexure A-3). Thereafter, applicant had challenged the said order dated
10.08.2015 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court by way of CA-1554-2016;
which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 13.03.2024 (Annexure
A-1) while granting liberty to the Applicant/petitioner to file the present
Review Application. It is submitted that on account of the above facts, delay
has occurred.
