About the Job :
An established multi-services consulting firm with a strong Intellectual Property (IP) practice is looking to onboard a motivated IP Prosecution Associate. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse trademark matters and gain hands-on exposure in IP advisory and portfolio management.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B. degree from a recognized university
(ii) 1–3 years of relevant experience in IP/Trademark Prosecution
(iii) Prior experience in handling trademark filings and prosecution matters
(iv) Exposure to IP advisory and client interaction will be preferred
(v) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
Responsibility :
(i) Handling trademark prosecution matters end-to-end
(ii) Drafting and filing trademark applications, replies, and oppositions
(iii) Attending hearings before the Trademark Registry
(iv) Managing and maintaining IP portfolios for clients
(v) Providing IP advisory support on trademarks and related matters
(vi) Coordinating with clients and internal teams for case updates
