This full-time, in-office internship offers practical exposure to corporate law, intellectual property, contract drafting, and legal operations, making it an excellent opportunity for students seeking hands-on legal experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with corporate law research and contract drafting
• Reviewing legal agreements and commercial documents
• Conducting intellectual property (IP) research and statutory analysis
• Assisting with IP searches and legal research assignments
• Creating legal content and analysing legal developments
• Supporting day-to-day legal operations and administrative tasks
Eligibility & Preference:
• Open to law students
• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Vadodara
• Outstation applicants should be willing to relocate to Vadodara at their own expense during the internship period
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• High-performing interns may be considered for future opportunities with the firm
