01. This petition under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 is preferred seeking
following reliefs:-
(i). To set aside the order dated 10.01.2023 (Annexure- P/14) passed
by the Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Indore in Criminal Case no.
36456/2016.
(ii). To set aside the order dated 23.07.2025 (Annexure- P/19) passed
by the Learned Sessions Court, Indore in ST/118/2023, subsequent order
dated 23.08.2025 (Annexure- P/20) of framing charge and all subsequent
proceedings thereon.
