1. The present Revision Petition, under Section 25B(8) of the
Delhi Rent Control Act, 19581, assails the Order dated 12.09.20252
passed by the learned ACJ-cum-CCJ-cum-ARC, Shahdara
District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi3 in RC/ARC No.603/20164,
whereby the Petitioner’s Application seeking leave to defend5 was
dismissed and an Eviction Order under Section 14(1)(e) read with
Section 25B of the DRC Act came to be passed in favour of the
DRC Act
