About the Opportunity
T&S LAW invites applications for an assessment internship opportunity with probable absorption into the firm. This internship requires adherence to Companies Act 2013 and focuses on Capital Market legal practice. The internship is on-site in Noida.
Responsibilities

Conducting CIBIL & Promoter watchout, legal research, and drafting
-
Assisting with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Due Diligence and drafting Investment Chapters
-
Managing legalities related to the appointment of directors and other legalities as per Companies Act 2013
Eligibility
-
5th-year law students and graduated law students (students in 4th year or below should not apply here as a separate internship policy exists)

Strong legal research and drafting skills

Interest in Capital Market law

Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Quick grasp of knowledge with practical implementation ability
Location
Noida (On-Site work)
Preference
Preference may be given to students who have interned with firms dealing in Capital Market and SEBI regulations.
