01. Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks quashing of order

dated 22.04.2025 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions
Judge, Samba in a case titled “UT of J&K vs. Surjeet Kumar & Ors.”,
whereby the respondent Nos. 2 to 7 as accused have been discharged for
the commission of offences punishable under Sections 306/109 IPC in a
case arising out of FIR No.179/2023 of Police Station, Samba.
