1. This petition arises out of the impugned
final judgment and order dated 05.05.2026 passed
SPONSORED
by the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in
R/Criminal Misc. Application No. 9509 of 2026,
whereby the High Court dismissed the application
filed by the Petitioner seeking regular bail in
connection with FIR No.11201001250020/2025
registered at CID Crime Gandhinagar Zone Police
Station, for offences punishable under Sections
406, 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, and 120B of the
Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the
Petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing
for the respondent-State of Gujarat.
