Lex Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Legal Counsel – Real Estate at its New Delhi office. Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting title due diligence and preparing Due Diligence Reports
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents
• Preparing Lease Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, and other property-related documents
• Advising on property laws, land records, and real estate transactions
• Supporting clients on legal and regulatory aspects of real estate matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate law
• Experience in conducting title due diligence and preparing Due Diligence Reports
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents
• Sound understanding of property laws, land records, and real estate transactions
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
