About the Internship :
Gretex Group is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. The internship provides practical experience in corporate legal functions, including legal research, drafting, compliance, regulatory filings, and contract management. High-performing interns may be considered for an extension based on business requirements.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Assisting with real estate due diligence, legal research and drafting of documents.
(v) Candidates who are available to join immediately are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research and assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Assist in case preparation and strategy discussions.
(iii) Attend and assist during court proceedings.
(iv) Undertake regular court visits as part of the internship.
Duration : Minimum 2 Months.
