2. This application seeking leave to file a criminal appeal under Section 378(3) of the Cr.P.C. (now Section 419(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order of acquittal dated 22.06.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge / Fast Track Court No. 36, Barabanki in Session Trial No. 648 of 2010 (State vs. Deshraj Yadav) arising out of Crime No. 03 of 2002, under Sections 364 read with Section 34 IPC, Police Station Kursi, District Barabanki.
