    01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
    learned counsel for the State.

    2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
    connection with G.R. Case No.675 of 2021 pending
    on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Nabarangpur arising
    out of Nabarangpur P.S. Case No.225 of 2021 for
    commission of offences punishable under Section
    224
    /225/395/307/324/353/332/506 of IPC.

    3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
    Petitioner that omnibus allegations have been made.
    Hence, the Petitioner may be protected by pre-arrest
    bail since he has no criminal antecedent.

    4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that
    other co-accused had approached this Court wherein
    they were not granted pre-arrest bail but granted
    liberty to surrender and move for bail.

    5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
    Petitioner that the Petitioner is not a named accused
    and the same is a distinguished feature which ought
    to be taken in favour of the Petitioner.

    6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the
    prayer for pre-arrest bail.

    7. Taking into account the nature of allegations,
    it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks
    hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be
    released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on
    such terms as deemed just and proper subject to
    verification of criminal antecedent.

    8. If it comes to the fore that the Petitioner has
    any criminal antecedent, this order shall not be given
    effect to.

    9. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall
    cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

    10. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
