About the Job :
Precinct Legal is looking to expand its Trial Team and High Court Team. If you’re interested in joining a dynamic litigation practice, we’d love to hear from you.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong drafting and court appearance skills
(ii) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(iii) Candidates based in Bengaluru and Knowledge of Kannada will be preferred.
(iv) Candidates who have qualified the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) will be strongly preferred
(v) A strong interest in building a career in litigation and government matters.
(vi) Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
(vii) Fresh law graduates and experienced advocates are eligible to apply.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
