01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with G.R. Case No.1739 of 2021 pending on
the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak, arising out of
Bhadrak Town P.S. Case No.261 of 2021 for commission
of offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 294,
384, 365, 506, 342, 307, 34 of IPC.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the
alleged occurrence relates to the year 2021 and the
Petitioner had no knowledge he has been cited as
accused in the case and having come to know of the
issuance of NBW, he has approached this Court.
