    This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963
    for condonation of delay of 15 days in preferring the connected criminal
    revision petition against the impugned Order dated 08.04.2026 passed by

    the learned Sessions Court, South West Khasi Hills District, Mawkyrwat,
    in Sessions Case No.3/2026.

    The reason for delay has been sufficiently explained at paragraphs
    7 and 8 of the application.

    Mr. R. Gurung, learned GA appearing for the State has no
    objection to the prayer for condonation of delay.

    Accordingly, the delay of 15 days in preferring the connected
    criminal revision petition against the impugned Order dated 08.04.2026
    passed by the learned Sessions Court, South West Khasi Hills District,
    Mawkyrwat, in Sessions Case No.3/2026 is hereby condoned.

    Registry is directed to diarize the criminal revision petition and list
    it for motion.
