Mr. Albert K., learned counsel appeared on behalf of the
petitioner through VC platform and Mr. Y. Ashang, learned Sr.
counsel and PP assisted by Mr. Y. Robert, learned Dy. GA appeared
on behalf of the respondents.
The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for
directing the I.O (respondent no. 3) to complete the investigation
of FIR No. 599(12) 2024 u/s 420/468/471 IPC, IPS and submit the
charge sheet/final report before the magistrate within a time bound
period as fixed by this Court.
