About the Internship
The selected intern will work closely with the legal team and gain hands-on experience in legal research, contract review, compliance, documentation, and various corporate legal processes.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good legal research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Keen interest in Corporate and Commercial Law.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Interest in contracts, compliance, legal research, and corporate legal operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on relevant legal and regulatory matters.
• Prepare case briefs and research notes.

• Assist with legal record-keeping, documentation, and corporate legal processes.
