A. EXORDIUM:-
1. This is a batch of two appeals, preferred under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, the Act of 1996), whereby the judgment and order dated 31.05.2023, passed by the Commercial Court No.2, Lucknow has been called in question, by which the Section 34 petitions preferred by the appellant of the aforesaid two appeals have been dismissed, as a consequence, the award passed by the Arbitral Tribunal dated 06.05.2017 has been affirmed.
