Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the
other accused persons have been granted bail in the present
case. Learned advocate added that initially there was a
seizure of 500 gm of brown sugar. Subsequently, there was
alleged recovery of 284 gm of brown sugar from the present
petitioner. So far as the subsequent seizure is concerned,
the chemical examiner’s report dated 03.06.2026 reflects
the presence of 6-Monoacetylmorphine and Acetyl Morphine.
The petitioner is in custody for more than six
months; charge-sheet has been submitted and
supplementary charge-sheet has also been submitted.
