01. The petitioner, through the medium of the present petition, filed under
Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023,
seeks quashment of FIR No. 104/2022, registered on 29.03.2022 at
Police Station, Ramban, for the commission of offences punishable
under Sections 188, 109 of the IPC and Section 11 of the PCA Act, along
with all consequential proceedings arising thereform, alleging false
implication, with no role whatsoever in the commission of alleged
offences.

03. Notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks. Requisites be
filed within a week’s time.

05. Meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date of hearing before the
Bench, it is provided that the investigation, if concluded into the charge-
sheet, same shall await to be laid before the competent court of law, qua
petitioner.
