The advocacy centre is located in New Delhi, India, and the resource centres at Hanoi, Vietnam; Lusaka, Zambia; Nairobi, Kenya; Accra, Ghana, Geneva, Switzerland & Washington DC, USA.
About the Course
The “AI & Competition: Regulatory and Enforcement Perspectives” is a 6-week online certificate course offered by CIRC. The course explores how Artificial Intelligence is transforming markets and competitive dynamics, while raising complex challenges for competition regulators, consumer protection authorities, and privacy frameworks.
It provides a practical, policy-oriented understanding of key issues such as algorithmic pricing, data-driven market power, and automated decision-making, with a focus on regulatory and enforcement perspectives in India and globally.
Delivered through CIRC’s dedicated e-learning platform, the course offers:
