  • Special focus on copyright in music, films, OTT platforms, software, and digital content
  • Practical Task: Draft a Copyright Assignment or License Agreement
  • Case Analysis: Study of a landmark judgment on digital copyright infringement

Module 4: Patent Law and Drafting Techniques

  • Essentials of patentability and the procedural framework for filing
  • Drafting techniques for provisional and complete specifications
  • Introduction to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and international applications
