About Certificate Course on Complaint Filing Procedures
The Certificate Course on Complaint Filing & Procedural Law is a practical, skill-based program designed to help participants understand how legal complaints are filed before various courts, commissions, and regulatory authorities in India.
The course focuses on the procedures, jurisdiction, drafting techniques, and legal remedies available under different complaint mechanisms such as police complaints, consumer disputes, RTI applications, cyber complaints, labour grievances, and regulatory authorities.
Participants will learn how to identify the appropriate forum, draft effective complaints, understand procedural requirements, and navigate the justice delivery system effectively. The program aims to bridge the gap between theoretical legal knowledge and the practical process of accessing justice.
