About the Workshop
First edition of the Legislative Drafting Workshop, being organised as part of the 7th GNLU Annual Legal Services Forum (GALSF) 2026. This inaugural initiative seeks to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the art and technique of legislative drafting, an essential skill in law-making, governance, and policy formulation.
The one day certificate workshop will offer participants a unique opportunity to gain practical insights into how legislation is conceptualised, structured, and drafted. Through expert-led sessions, participants will be introduced to the constitutional and policy foundations of legislative drafting, along with the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in the legislative process.
