Allu Arjun was detained by the Hyderabad police on account of the stampede which took place on December 5 at Sandhya theatre. A 39-year old lady passed away in the stampede due to excessive crowd and her son got injured. The victim’s husband filed an FIR due to which the police arrested Allu Arjun. The actor got an an interim bail and he returned home on Saturday morning after spending a night in jail.
As Arjun returned home, Vijay Deverakonda visited him at his house. Vijay is rumoured to be dating his ‘Pushpa 2‘ co-star Rashmika Mandanna. As Vijay visited him, he hugged Allu Arjun’s father Allu Arvind first and then hugged him. Their bromance was hard to miss as Vijay visited him.

Meanwhile, Rashmika also came out in support of Allu Arjun. She took to her Instagram and expressed, “I can’t believe what I am seeing right now.. The incident that happened was an unfortunate and deeply saddening incident. However, it is disheartening to see everything being blamed on a single individual. This situation is both unbelievable and heartbreaking.”
Rana Daggubatti also visited Allu Arjun at his residence.
As Allu Arjun returned home, his wife Sneha Reddy got emotional and he hugged her and his children. The actor spoke to the media after his release from Jail. He says, “I thank everyone for the love and support. I want to thank all my fans. There is nothing to worry about. I am fine. I am a law-abiding citizen and will cooperate. I would like to once again express my condolences to the family. It was an unfortunate incident. We are sorry for what happened…”
