Milbank LLP Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure partner John Dewar recently acted as Contributing Editor for the International Comparative Legal Guide to Project Finance 2023 published by Global Legal Group. The guide covers common issues in project finance laws and regulations, including security, bankruptcy, restrictions, insurance and arbitration, in 21 jurisdictions with an additional expert analysis chapter “Why the World Needs Multi-Sourced Project Financings (and Project Finance Lawyers…)” authored by John Dewar.
In addition, London partner John Dewar and trainee solicitor Tom Murdoch co-authored the England & Wales Chapter, with New York partners Dan Michalchuk and Richard Hillman co-authoring the USA Chapter.
