1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483
of BNSS on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in
connection with FIR No.26/2023 registered at Police Station Angai,
District Dholpur for the offences punishable under Sections 143,
332, 353 & 307 of IPC, Sections 3/25 & 5/25 of Arms Act, Section
11 of Rajasthan Dacoity Affected Areas Act, 1985 and Section 3 of
Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.
2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the
accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.
Learned counsel submits that allegation of opening firearm is
against co-accused person Ravi @ Ravindra, who has been
granted benefit of bail by this Court. It is contended that trial will
take considerable time in its conclusion. Counsel submits that

petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2025 and further custody of
the petitioner would not serve any fruitful purpose.
