2-This appeal under 415 (2) and 430 (1) of B.N.S.S. has
been preferred by the appellant namely Baljeet Singh @ Baljit
Singh against the judgment of conviction dated 22.05.2025 and
order of sentence dated 06.06.2025 passed by learned District
and Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST,
Children & NDPS Act), Aurangabad (Bihar) in GR (NDPS)
Case No.13 of 2022/CIS No.13 of 2022, arising out of Barun
P.S. Case No. 117 of 2022, under Sections 08, 15, 17, 18 and 25
of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985,
District-Aurangabad, convicting the appellant for the offences
under Sections 15(b), 17(b), 18(c) and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs
and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and sentencing him to
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3230 of 2025(3) dt.11-02-2026
four years’ rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 5000/-
(Rupees Five Thousand Only) and in default of payment of fine,
six months additional simple imprisonment.
