01. By this petition, petitioner challenges the Notice No.
NMC/US(NMC)/2022-26 dated 28.04.2022, issued by the
respondent No. 3, along with communication bearing No. MCI-203
(1) (Gen.)/2018-Regn./146572 dated 15.11.2018, addressed by
Assistant Secretary Board of Medical Council of India (Now
national Medical Commission) to all the Registrars of State
Medical Councils and Communication No. C. 18018/09/2004-MEP
dated 06.11.2018 addressed by Under Secretary to Government of
India Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to Secretary General
Medical Council of India (now National Medical Commission) to
the extent the same pertain to the petitioner.
