2021 registered at Ghodegaon Police Station, Dist. Pune for
the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147, 148,
149, 326, 325, 324, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code,
Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act and Sections 3(2)
(V), 3(2)(VA) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled
Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on furnishing P.R Bond in
the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with
one or two sureties in the like amount.

D] The appellant shall not tamper with the prosecution
evidence.

E] The appellant shall attend the concerned police station
once in a month , i.e., on first Saturday between 11.00 a.m.
to 2.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial.
