regular bail in connection with Kunda Police Station Case No.20 of 2017
corresponding to Sessions Trial No.418 of 2023, registered for offences under
Sections 302, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a),
26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions
Judge IV, Deoghar.
2. The case was taken up on 13.02.2026 when the respective
counsel for the parties argued their case at length.
